Oops! Another snag in the space-time continuum. Maybe we fell in a wormhole. Seriously though, Colby and Vonn got to see their GREAT relatives, like Great-Grandma, Great Aunt Sally, Great Uncle John, and the Great Baby (kidding!).
Not so many pictures here either, everyone was busy catching up and eating sandwiches. I think John got some good pictures, maybe some day I will hunt them down and post them. A girl can dream...

Long Awaited.....Pictures!
Hello! I finally gave myself more than 7 minutes to load photos, so album-lovers, check it out. I have selected the cutest pictures of our adorable babies during their first 2 months together. I will try to do this more often, I just prefer to blog and post a few pictures. But I aim to please!
So click here and see for yourself!

Nennie Comes to Town
I know technically, this happened before the Mini-Blizzard, but I got excited and messed up the timeline. I am a new mother of two, cut me some slack. Ok! So Grandma Nennie came to visit Colby and to meet Vonn and we had a great time. Unfortunately, there are not many pictures, as we promptly put Nennie to work, playing with the girls, redesigning and sewing curtains and cooking us meatloaf and such. We love you, Nennie and can't wait for you to come back in March!
Mini-Blizzard 2011--January Edition
Just in case we get another one, this is the January Mini-Blizzard. But that doesn't mean that we didn't have tons of fun sledding and that our neighbors didn't dash out to dig out their cars and then fill the spot with a cheap plastic folding chair, adirondack chair, bucket or in some cases, a laundry basket. Snow days are fun, especially when you throw in Elsa, Aunt Jen and the Stano Sledding Park, complete with half pipe ;)
The Happy Helper Continues!
We have been a busy family doing lots of stuff together. Check out the fun things that we have done and see how Colby is such a good helper to her Mommy, Daddy and sister.
Here is Colby helping her Daddy and Uncle Brandon lay down tile in the kitchen.
To be fair, Brighton and Elsa helped as well, they are good helpers too! As always with Sawickis and Stanos, it was a group effort.

Here is Colby helping Mommy make delicious peanut butter chip chocolate cookies. Yes, that means peanut butter chips in chocolate batter, for you sticklers. Colby helps pour in ingredients and eat as many chips as she can before she gets removed from the task.
And here Colby is again, helping her little sister take her first in-the-tub bath!
Note: this video uses a courtesy towel to cover any unmentionables
and therefore, is suitable for showing on the interweb :)
And here is Vonn with her Mommy after a successful, tear-free bath.
And here Colby is again, keeping her sister entertained.
Plus, this is a video where Vonn is mostly conscious and talks a little--score!
